2.5 cups wheat flour, 0.7 cups water or milk for dough, 30 – 40 g yeast, 1 teaspoonful sugar, 450 g fat beef, 1 onion, 0.3 cup water for the mince, 3 tablespoonfuls animal fat and pepper
To make the mince, pass the meat through the mincing machine with onion, add salt, pepper and water and mix.
Knead the yeast dough well and cut into small portions. Let the portions wait for 10 – 14 minutes, roll cakes and put meat in the center.
Fold the cakes’ edges. Fry in hot oil, open holes down.
