Description

Dried yeast “Alcoholic” is recommended for fermentation of various starch- and sugar-containing raw materials in production conditions and preparation of traditional national drinks at home. Before use, yeast should be activated by rehydration. To do this, the contents of the package are diluted in sweetened drinking water (50 g of sugar per 1 liter of water) at a temperature of 30-35ºC in the ratio of 1:10, stirred to obtain a homogeneous suspension and kept for 30 minutes, yeast is ready for use. When working with yeast should avoid sharp temperature contrasts. Add the activated yeast to the starter according to the recipe

Dried wine yeast is available in packages of 100g, 250g, 500g, 10kg, 20kg.
